North 50 Venture Capital (N50VC) is a self-generated, self-funded, self-sustained “private” private equity and venture capital fund that was originally founded to make investments primarily in community banks domiciled in the United States that display significant growth potential over a 3-5 year timeframe.

N50VC also actively invests in, and develops, a very finite number of real estate projects, and also holds positions in select private real estate equity funds, as desirable situations arise from time to time.

Most recently, N50VC has taken a pronounced turn toward venture capital investing, identifying those up and coming companies that display great future prospects, and which are run by first class founders and managers.

Our belief is that community banks, carefully-researched real estate opportunities, and leaps of faith toward the future of technology and commerce offer the absolute best midterm and longterm return potential for us.
