A early-stage proposal for a condo development in downtown Barrie, Ontario at the corner of Bayfield Street and Sophia Street.  Making application for rezoning and site plan approval for a project that will consist of approximately 300 condominium units and townhomes in an urban setting just steps from Barrie’s downtown core, and a 2-minute drive from Highway 400.  Now conditionally site-plan-approved, we are open to fielding offers from builders looking to add to their pipeline, or considering a joint venture with such builders.  Please email mike@bankcapital.ca if interested.
